Outside: Overall great condition, very fine scratches on hardware.  Some wrinkling noted on the back.  Four bottom corners edges with some rubs.  Very fine unnoticeable scratches on exterior leather. Loss of shape at the bottom and on the sides. 

Inside: seal sticker intact, no peeling.  Overall very clean inside except there is one small pen mark. Zippers working well.

Strap: very minor scratches on chain that is not noticeable
